If you’re unable to sign in to your account, the most common reason is an incorrect or forgotten password.

Go to the Sign In Page
Navigate to our regular login screen.
Click “Forgot password?”
This link is located directly below the password field.
Enter Your Email Address
You’ll be taken to our “Login Help” page. Enter the email address associated with your account.
💡 Important: The system will only send the password to the email address we have on file. If your old email no longer works or you no longer have access to it, you’ll need to contact us for help.
Click the Gray “Send Password” Button
Once you click this, the system will generate a new, strong password made up of random letters and numbers.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from us with your new password. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Copy and Paste the New Password
Our system generates case-sensitive passwords that are hard to type by hand. To avoid mistakes:
Highlight the password in the email.
Right-click and select Copy.
Go back to the login page and Paste the password into the password field.
⚠️ Tip: Many users—especially those who write the password down on paper—end up making small errors when retyping. Copying and pasting is the safest method.
Login Successfully
Once logged in, we recommend going to your Account Settings to change the random password to something easier for you to remember.
