A live hyperlink is a clickable link that takes readers to another webpage when they click it. It can appear as the full URL or a cleaner, custom title like "Read the Article Here."

🛠️ How to Insert a Live Link Using the CuteSoft Editor

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open the Rich Text Editor when composing your message.

2. Click the Chain link Icon

   • It’s the first icon in the second row of the editor menu bar.
   • Hovering over it should show “Insert Hyperlink.”

3. Enter or Paste the URL

   • A dialog box will appear.
   • In the URL field, type or paste the full web address (e.g., https://www.example.com).
   • Be sure it begins with https:// for the link to work properly.

4. (Optional) Add a Title for the Link

   • In the Title field, enter the text you want users to see (e.g., "Click Here for the Report").
   • This makes your message cleaner and easier to read.

5. Click “OK”

   • Your link will now appear in the message body, either as the URL or the custom title you entered.
   • You can continue editing your message before posting.
